•	Define Harassment including key elements and basic types
•	Provide examples of sexually harassing behaviors
•	Identify the importance of preventing harassment including employer and supervisor liability and risk
•	Provide a learning assessment
•	Explain MHS methods of preventing sexual harassment
•	Discuss remedies available to victims and non retaliation requirement
•	Participate in self-examination
•	Provide ten simple rules to prevent and eliminate sexual harassment in the workplace
•	Overall, maintain a workplace free of sexual harassment.
